Holy Fruit was founded in 2016 to develop commercial opportunities in strategic regions of Peru with small and medium sized fruit growers, especializing in value-added and social development.

Project validation

We had the hypothesis that fruits that are able to be stored for periods of time such as frozen or dried fruit would be a growing market within the ages of 22-35.  We conducted several market research experiments that confirm this and led us to develop the project. 

The project involved training and transferring knowledge to the community about the different regulations of Peru, the European Union Codex Alimentarius, and the FDA for compliance and being allowed to do business with these countries and certify them.

Holy Fruit gained professional notoriety and has been able to assist known trade and networking events in the industry and differentiate itself.
From these business opportunities, we closed deals of export to Canada that still create value today. 

I was also in charge of marketing development, creating and optimizing the brand to communicate the unique selling proposition and values. This was a process with ongoing customer feedback that also allowed us to leverage our commercial position with them.
